Absolutely worst company ever

Sold me fake insurance, broke very expensive furniture and want to spray paint it. Owner called me names screamed at me on personal line. Corporate is just as abusive. No one cares. My $5000 bed that has chunks of missing parts, had a leak totally soak and stain headboard, scratches all over was given $250 fix price w a cheap labor spray paint guy. Caracole who made said it wasn’t fixable. Dresser was $7000. Guy spray painted and has bubbles , drips , overspray and additional scratches. Drawers are all messed up. No one cares. Posted on Instagram. Prob 50 wrote saying same thing. My opinion this is big corp taking advantage of little guy. I will never stop warning.

Excellent, once they arrived.

The original quoted time allowed for a 4 hour window in which the movers were to arrive. My move was scheduled for the afternoon, following another job the guys had that morning. They arrived an hour after the quoted window.  However, once they arrived, they hustled to load and unload my belongings. I was impressed by their care and expediency. They loaded, drove and unloaded the contents of a packed two bedroom house to a destination 20 miles away in 5 hours, as quoted.  It would have likely taken me and a friend at least three times as long to do the work they did. The guys were very experienced, incredibly careful, and did I say fast? A pleasure to work with.  I will definitely use this company again.

Never again.

I recently booked Two Men to help me pack up and move my leftover items into storage, since I had already moved to AZ. The 3 man crew that showed up at my place was slow, clearly didn't want to be there, spent a lot of time on the phone, and was very unorganized. In the end, I was charged almost $900 for them to move 1 wooden dining room chair, 1 cupboard, 2 large stuffed animals, a child size rocking horse, 12 boxes that they packed (one box was nothing more than a magazine rack that they placed in the box), and 2 bookshelves and a dresser that weren't supposed to go in the first place. It took them 2.5-3 hours to load those items..not pack anything, mind you..load it into the truck. I finally had to ask them to stop wandering around and wrap up the job so I didn't pay them overtime. They didn't even touch the 6 already packed boxes I had ready to go. Even strangers who saw them mentioned the crew seemed unorganized and slow. When I talked to the quality manager in the office, he assured me he would open an investigation and come up with a solution. Never heard back from him again. Because if this company, I had to hire another moving crew (who DID finish in 3 hours) and probably alienated several friendships since I had to beg for help. The entire experience was a disaster. I highly recommend NOT using this company. .

Two Men and a Truck Nightmare.

If I could give this company a 0 I would.  The worst.  Two of the four workers complained about a delay in pay because our move wasn't a direct move (our stuff was being stored until we could settle on our new house) and then they indicated they might not finish the job.  They dropped boxes and furniture in front of us.  They did damage to almost all of our furniture.  Packed a lot of our breakables together in a pile on a few sheets of the newspaper they use instead of wrapping breakables individually.  They packed heavy breakables on top of more fragile breakables causing them to break.  They can't find some of our stuff, like our 60" TV, levels, bedding and other stuff.  We have a lot of missing stuff and probably more than we even know right now, we will probably realize something it missing months from now when we go to look for it and realize it is not there.  There is no way to tell for sure since they did not do an inventory when loading our stuff and failed to weigh one of the trucks.  Two boxes of stuff that isn't ours was delivered to us and has never been retrieved by the company.  I found CDs in our outside grill.  Contents of boxes scattered.  They packed unwrapped pictures in a big wardrobe box with fishing poles, box of ornaments, curtain rods, closet rods and other things causing damage to them.  They didn't have an inventory for me to sign and didn't weigh one of the trucks. They have produced no damage sheet with my signature on it.  When I contacted corporate I was told "franchises are their own entities and make the final decision" in regards to a settlement for our losses.   Leaving me with no confidence in the "Two men and a truck" name.  I definitely felt they were NOT "movers that care".  Not only would I not recommend this company but I will be sure to share my horrible experience.  Moving is stressful enough as it is but dealing with this company made it a nightmare.

Unprofessional Company.

Do not use Two men and a truck at the McFarland Alpharetta Georgia location or really anywhere if you can help it. I would give them no stars if I could. They do not even deserve 1 star. We were a repeat customer and treated so poorly. They held our furniture for 3 additional days without consent and required us to pay an inflated amount before they would deliver our furniture. Many, many damages but we received minimum compensation because we did not purchase the extended insurance for $450! The damage was over $500.Chairs and furniture thrown in the truck not carefully wrapped or stacked.Movers did not bring water or food so were worn out by noon. Sat around for 2 hours for lunch which we bought and paid for the food and the hours they sat around. They got the truck stuck for 1 1/2 hours which we also paid for. Because of the poor service and use of their time, they could not finish in one day and proceeded to take our furniture without our consent to sit, where we were not told, for an additional 3 days. That was never discussed as a possibility when quoting our job. I contacted corporate thinking they would want to know how a franchise is using their name and received no help at all over a 3 week period. They called the franchise to contact us. The franchise responded that we were lying (of course) and proceeded to tell us what really happened even though management was not there. They are such an unprofessional company even corporate. It was one of the most frustrating experience I have ever experienced. If you care anything about your furniture, your wallet (because the end price is never what you are quoted so they can get your business), your sanity or your back (we had to sleep on the floor for 3 nights as they kept 1/3 of the furniture for 3 days) We did receive a small refund several weeks later because it only took 2 hours to unload the last of the furniture not 4 which we had been forced to pay before they would unload. DO NOT USE 2 MEN and a TRUCK. You will not receive "Movers who care" treatment nor any restitution if you suffer the way we did. They do not care. Period.

Damaged furniture.

We had used 2 M&AT a couple of times before when we lived in a different state and our move from Atlanta to our rental house in AL could not have been smoother. Our problems started when we moved from our rental into our purchased home. Although the move was less than a half mile we still wanted our possessions moved professionally and wanted them to arrive in one piece. What we got from 2 M&AT was far from professional, our furniture wasn't wrapped or covered resulting in serious damage to the fabric & legs of a $30,000 Ico Parisi suite. At this point the mover has not been helpful. I'm sure they are standing behind their 'limitiations' which is to repair the damage done to the item at a repairer of their choosing, but as this is a highly collectible collection of furniture the value comes from all the 3 pieces matching. They told me that they would not be pursuing these repairs through their insurance (maybe they have such a poor record of keeping their customers possessions safe?) that they would be paying out of pocket and refuse to maintain the integrity of the value of the furniture by only repairing the damaged items. This has the effect of not being a matching set of furniture and I have 2 options. 1. to pay out of my own pocket to have the 3red piece recovered to match the 2 damaged items, or 2. to accept that this furniture is probably only worth 20% of its original value. I'm also concerned that if these items are repaired and I have no say in who repairs them, then the value will be significantly impacted even more as they need to be repaired by highly skilled craftsmen who are familiar with this kind of furniture and understand its appeal on the glovbal auction market  .

In State Move.

My parents were moving out of state and decided to give me several pieces of furniture; a few couches, old fish tank (empty, no water), a lounge chair, filing cabinet, and kitchen table. I decided to hire a mover so that I did not have to waste an entire Saturday or Sunday and get a buddy to help. The move is about 40 miles and an hour of driving from origin to destination. Two Men and a Truck quoted me$ 345 for the move originally.

The movers showed up early and I was notified by my parents that these movers clearly could not care less, were bumping into walls and woodwork without a care in the world. On top of that they took their time. I then found out later that my parents tipped these two guys, hoping that maybe this would make them be a bit more careful. Nope. Couch cushions were tossed onto the lawn and driveway at my house and all items, I believe there were 8 and none were all that heavy or awkward, were simply thrown into my house. They couldn't even be bothered to take 5 minutes to put the cushions onto the couch or anything. Then they took their time chilling in their truck, milking the time further, only to inform us that they had gone over the original estimate and the new charge would be $400 instead of $350. So a job that was literally supposed to take 3 hrs, with 75% of that being driving, was poorly estimated. I did the math afterwards with Google Maps and realized their estimator had left about 20 minutes for the movers to load, and 20 minutes for them to unload. The clock started when these guys left their dock, and ended when they returned. But they spent over half an hour loading the truck alone and I am assuming they had to have stopped for lunch or something too. And they accepted a tip that they clearly didn't appreciate (I found this out after the fact and this probably irked me the most). I understand that an estimate is an estimate, but in my opinion, he clearly underestimated to get the job.

My parents had this same company quote their out of state move, and luckily went with another. They told me their experience with the Two Men and a Truck estimator was a total joke, over priced, and tried selling them on the fact that their company will not compete with other companies on long range moves because Two Men and a Truck uses smaller trucks. My parents just completed their move with another company, using the same size trucks as Two Men and a Truck, saving a few thousand, and informed me how professional their movers were. If only I knew what I knew now. Maybe people have had nice experiences with this company, but this one left a real sour taste in my mouth and that is why I decided to write a review, something I rarely do. I also uploaded a photo of my living room after these guys left. At least my son got a kick out of the chaos. I would think twice if you went to hire this unprofessional company. Perhaps they didn't care because my move wasn't an $8k move like my parents.

Bad Business.

This company made my stress level go to the max. They arrived late because I was told that the earlier move was longer than expected. Then it took about 4 hours to pack my 2 bedroom apartment. It had to be stored over the weekend at their lace of business because my storage as closed. When I finally got my things unpacked in my new home, 3 glass pieces to tables were not there. And then my new dining room table was damaged. I called several times to finally got my glass pieces that happened to be left on the truck. I asked about the proper way to report the damage to my table. They have the pictures of the damages.I have called more than 5 times and I am either told someone will get in touch with me or that person will call me back. Needless to say I haven't gotten any phone calls nor paperwork in the mail or even an email. I would not recommend this company.

Horrible Moving Experience with Two Men and a Truck in Lansing MI.

Don’t ever use Two Men and a Truck in Lansing, Michigan.  I had Two Men and a Truck in Lansing Michigan move the contents out of my home and into a indoor, climate controlled storage facility.  When I went to have my items moved out of the storage facility a year later, there were many things broken, scratched and just overall damaged.  They stacked metal on wood, laid a baby grand piano on the cement floor and scratched it, stacked metal pieces on my refrigerator and washing machines.  There were over 75 glasses, dishes broken, along with picture frames and other items.  The moving company that moved my items out of the storage unit said it was the worst packing job they have seen in over 20 years of moving.  I contacted Two Men and a Truck in the Lansing location that I used and they basically had me jump through some hoops and have not returned my latest emails or calls, even after I initially brought in photos of the horrible pack job and damaged items.   The girl I showed them to agreed with me that it was a horrible job and couldn’t believe it herself? This was, by far, the worst experience I have had with a company that I can remember.  I will never use Two Men and a Truck again and I advise anyone to not use them.  Their customer service and moving services are horrible!  Two Men and a Truck review, bad review, Lansing, MI, Michigan.

Stay far away.

I would highly recommend that you NOT use this mover. They soaked a mattress, broke several items of furniture and provided no compensation. When I contacted corporate, they said that they didn't have control over the individual franchises and that they could only encourage them to do the right thing. Which in this case was NOTHING! I have moved several times and this was the worst moving experience EVER. And a 10 mile 3-bedroom move was NOT a bargain at over $1,000. Go somewhere else.

Do not use this company.

I had a horrible experience with this company.  I am still trying to get several issues addressed and my move was at the end of June (22/25/27).  I was supposed to have my entire house packed, yet when they left my house, several items were unpacked, most of the boxes were half empty, and many of the items in the boxes were not wrapped, including breakable items. They also broke 2 items while packing, which have still not been addressed.   I had to unpack every box and repack all of them.  I have been trying to get this fee refunded, which was agreed to, but has still not be refunded.  They came back after saying they would refund this amount and told me I now owe them more money, despite having a signed bill showing a balance due of a certain amount, which actually is less than what I was charged.  I also have been trying to get damages taken care of, which are extensive due to them badly wrapping all my furniture and pictures.  Almost every picture frame is damaged, as well as almost every piece of furniture.  I have been back and forth trying to get things taken care of, yet I keep getting put off.  Steer clear of using this company.

Don't use them unless you want your stuff screwed up.

This had to be the worst moving experience I have ever had. It was a three room move. I was quoted 6 hours with them packing my stuff. I decided to pack and skip that step and cost, but it still took them 8 hours to move us?? It was exactly 1/2 mile from one location to the other. Now for the list of damage: They gouged our 1 month old leather couch. The scraped and nicked the entry door to our new home seven times. (It will have to be repainted and filled.) They broke or high end exercise bike, They scratched and nicked our workout weights. (basically anything that I didn't pack (or couldn't pack because of size) they managed to screw up. I watched them Drop two loads of here carts onto the ground. Breaking item s in one box and causing a nick in the side of a night stand. They did in the end only charge me for 6.5 hours. Still the initial quote with them doing the packing was 6 hours. I was told after writing down the damages we had found before they left. (which weren't all) that the supervisor would call me the next day. That didn't happen either. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!! THEY DON":T CARE ABOUT YOUR STUFF, JUST YOYR MONEY!!

Disastrous Move.

The move was disaster.Movers were very inefficient, didn't have any strength to lift, they were careless about our house and furniture, they dragged most of the stuff and there are several damages. They damaged my door to garage pretty badly with dents, stains and hole. They broke my dresser mirror foot and one side plank, which is not fitting now. Did several scratches to walls and doors. They were very slow in their work taking their own sweet time, Just had 2 sofa sets, 2 beds, 1 dresser, 3 mattresses, 2 TVs, 2 exercise benches and weights along with some minor stuff and they took 8 hours to move. Will not recommend to anyone.

Damaged Furniture.

I hired Two Men and A Truck to move my furniture from my home to a storage unit in December 2017 and informed them I would need there services to move out of the storage unit to a place in Buckhead once I found one. I contacted John Kupersmith via email, and phone and never received a response when it was time for me to move out of the storage. Since I did not hear from Two Men and A Truck, I hired another company. As we went to the storage unit to begin the move out I noticed several of the pieces from the dining room that had been damaged. The top portion of the Excelsior Design's china cabinet had damage to the top on both sides (pieces of the veneer had been torn off) and the right side lower veneer had been completely split and was peeling off. There are nicks on the buffet and the table. I sent these photos to Mr. Kupersmith and have yet to hear from him or his company regarding the repair or any form of compensation for the damage.
This is why the moving industry has such a terrible reputation. The cost to move was more than quoted, I tipped the movers more than most not knowing my furniture had been damaged. Now that I have an issue John Kupersmith is not willing to accept the responsibility or be professional and respond as a business should. I would never recommend them, solely on the unprofessional manner in which they are handling the problem. I know the furniture was heavy and know accidents happen but how a company conducts themselves in this type of situation makes the difference. I was not expecting a replacement, just some form of acknowledgement and cost of repair. I will know better next time and use some other company, I would suggest anyone contemplating using Two Men and A Truck from the Collier Rd. location, rethink their decision.

Long-distance move from Orlando, FL to Roswell, GA

Failure to settle damage claim.

In February, 2018 this company moved my household belongings from storage in Orlando, Florida to Roswell, Georgia. They had also packed and moved my household into the storage facility previously. Everything was handled from start to finish by this company. There was extensive damage to my furnishings, etc., partially due to the packing prior to storage and also due to the mishandling of furniture, etc. The company held back furnishings on this portion of the move that had been severely damaged for repairs in the Orlando area. (These items were not delivered to me until late April.) The moving company rep sent someone to my home to assess the damages. Thereafter, I sent an email to the company summarizing damages and requesting to receive the remaining furniture in order to conclude the move. I was told that the general manager in Orlando, Mark Coffey, would only approve 3 items for repair from the list prepared by their furniture repair consultant. I was also notified that I had only "96 hours after the move" to report damages. The move was concluded in late April. Even though I had purchased $40,000 in replacement value coverage, I still have not received any type of settlement from this company. In dealing with this General Manager, I felt that he showed a great lack of customer relations skills, a lack of integrity and a lack of honesty. There were many claims made from the company that were not followed through. If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would.

Unacceptable.

We have tried to handle this differently but that didn't work so now we will just send out a warning!! We recently hired Two Men and a Truck to handle our move and considering we have moved more than 10 times in our military career this was extremely upsetting and we have NEVER experienced this issue. The price for this move was about $3,000!! Prior to the move we repeatedly asked them if they wanted to see the house and gave them the specifics of our house. They arrived at 9 am and my husband was still there helping them load and unload after midnight. They ran out of boxes pretty early in the day and they began to wrap my containers without securing the items inside. We did discuss this with them, but no changes were made. (We were up against a deadline since we were closing on our house.) Since they did not bring a big enough truck they had to unload it into the storage unit and then come back which caused delays and added to the cost. We saw many items simply set into the truck including the large bedroom mirror leaning up against a kitchen chair without being wrapped or protected in any way. (We have plenty of pictures including the inside of the truck immediately prior to driving off where it looks like things were thrown in if you need proof.) Since they did not finish loading everything from the house, my husband and I had to pack and load many items including bookcases at 6 am the next morning. Once in the storage unit (where they unloaded) I found my bathroom towels and rugs in a heap on the floor. My bedroom furniture drawers were not wrapped and they have been stacked on each other with metal stands leaning against them. The art work from our house is stacked in the dresser drawers unwrapped and unprotected. So far we have found four broken pictures, but can only see so far into the unit.
We were there the entire time and were asking about how it was being handled. No real response or concern. We had been assured that they had it all covered and there would be no problem completing the move in one day. Since this did not happen the closing on our house had to be delayed and my husband and I had to cancel work to finish the move. We had hired someone to clean the house prior to the new owners taking possession, but since my husband and I were still loading furniture and DRAWERS of items they had missed the cleaning had to be cancelled. (We had to do it after loading our furniture into my van and a trailer borrowed from a neighbor.) We have attempted to deal with the company and the owner said he cannot refund some of our money but will give us a discount when they move it to our new home. Due to the way it was packed and put into storage, I am very worried about what we will find when it arrives at our new home. I feel like we are being held hostage by this company because if we hire someone else they will be able to say that the other company caused the damage. I guess the best I can do is provide warnings. We have many pictures some I have posted on Facebook and some I have not. I am truly heartbroken that this happened. We have many boxes of pictures, memories, awards and military memorabilia that I am dreading have been damaged. We have never filed a complaint on a mover in all of our moves. Yes, we have had things broken, but that kind of comes with the territory. This was a very different issue and I hope we can save someone else what we have gone through with this company.

Two Men and a Truck - Bait and Switch?? Unethical for Sure!!

Hiring Two Men and a Truck for my move turned out to be a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! First, the good news: the 2 movers were nice and punctual. Now the not-so-good: After arriving at the new place and unloading the truck, the mover sat down and said he was going to call in and "stop the clock" so we could settle up. The move took longer than anticipated so I knew the amount would be more than the estimate. The mover was told by the Two Men and a Truck representative that the total would be $974.73. That included the entire moving time, mileage charges, supplies, tax, etc. He explained everything I was being charged for. I said OK, signed and initialed the contract, and gave him my American Express card. After we both signed and the transaction was completed, his phone rang and it was apparently the manager from Two Men and a Truck saying the amount was wrong. He said something about the math being calculated incorrectly (by TMaaT) and the new price was $1032.23. The mover had already run my card for $974.73 and the contract was signed. I argued this and said that if the calculations were indeed wrong, it was a mistake done by Two Men and a Truck, not by me. TMaaT needed to own their mistake and charge me the amount I had just paid, not the new higher amount. The mover cancelled my original payment and reran my American Express for $1032.23. I paid it under duress and initialed the contract only because I was exhausted and wanted them out of my house. HOW SHADY IS THAT?? Is this Bait and Switch? It's definitely Unethical and BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!! The difference was $56.50. How desperate and cheap is Two Men and a Truck anyway?? Did I mention they broke the glass in the door of my vintage cabinet? They paid a whopping $75 in damages. Please tell me where this can be repaired for $75? Overall, this ended up being a FRUSTRATING, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have tried (unsuccessfully) to contact someone at TMaaT to discuss and correct this error. They claim the final amount charged was right, even though the original price calculations were admittedly their fault and their error. What a shame this company will not take responsibility for their actions.

Don’t ever use this company.

Horrible service. Lazy movers. They broke my smart tv. I filled out a claim application and they never answer me back. I used this company two year ago to move the same this. I just move 10 min away from my preview address and the charged me $400 dollars extra. I means in just two year I think it’s too much.
Don’t use this company. Very irresponsible. Don’t waste your time and money with them.

Zero stars.

We trusted this company to move our worldly possessions to our new home. They were attentive when trying to attract our business. Our belonging were damaged during the move and some items lost. We have been trying to get the company to resolve this issue via multiple emails and phone calls to no avail. Currently this process has been going on for 3 almost 3 months. The last time we spoke to someone we were told we would get a call after the weekend that was almost 3 weeks ago. We purchased insurance, they should honor that. My advice do not hire them find movers who will really “care”, about your belongings.

Out of State Move.

The Charlotte, NC Two Men and a Truck movers were less than adequate; only 2 showed up at first and then a third about 3 hours later for a 3,200 s.f. home. Since we were moving to the Tampa Bay Area, they had to stay overnight and continue driving to our new home the next day but, because they didn't provide enough movers, they didn't get on the road until almost 6pm.

They didn't get far and the next day, they had almost 7 hours to drive until they arrived at our house. Then they arrived with only 2 men for the entire job and took forever because of it. They were overtired and careless with our belongings, damaging almost every piece of furniture and breaking others. They damaged our new floor, crown moldings and even our 2 king beds, both of which were dirty and one had ripples--as if they put something heavy on top. Worst of all, we called and emailed "Zach", the person in charge of handling damage claims multiple times but he just ignored them. No one answered whenever I called the office (they must have recognized my number) so I called from another number and finally got an answer. "Christy" told me to send details with pictures and I did so right away-- but still no call from Zach. I reached out again almost a week later (using a different number) and finally got a call back from Zach-- who was rude and annoyed. He said he contacted a local furniture repairman in my area who will get back to me about "all the damaged wood" in the pictures. He said nothing about the dirty and damaged mattresses, the chipped granite table, the floor or wall damage and told me if I didn't like the option he provided, it was "too bad" and at his discretion to do so. He was ignorant, unprofessional and smug.

Run, don't walk, from Two Men and a Truck (owned by franchisee "Tripp" M. Tripp" -- who's name should've been a red flag-- along with all the bad BBB reviews for this particular franchise office).

Long-distance move from Charleston, SC to Naples, FL

Broken Granite, China. Late on delivery. Mover on phone both days.

Two Men and a Truck, Charleston, SC. 1st day crew of three VERY slow to load, one on cellphone ALL DAY. Delivery the next day hours late, 2 crew. One on phone again entire time AND smell of alcohol on breath. Driver/move supervisor Phillip dropped granite dresser top and shattered a large corner, wrote a damage claim stating damaged in transit and wanted to repair it himself but had to get the truck back. Claim denied stating the damage was done before the move! Lies! The piece was perfect and no way would someone move a piece with shattered granite. I I meticulously wrapped China and antique glassware only to unwrap and find several pieces shattered. Irreplaceable! They were so late in packing up they never did a final walkthrough and left a small dresser that I had to empty and have items shipped, which delayed my move by one day! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unprofessional and refuse to accept responsibility for lazy work.

Local Move

Local move was a nightmare. We moved with the govt. many times so we had something to compare this move to. Problems were: no walk through with moving company prior to moving to calculate total household goods/cost inventory to be moved. Packing day one qualified packer with 6 packers who knew nothing about packing, customer had to show them how to wrap and pack. Packers had to return second day and pack items forgotten first day ( additional charge), day of move inexperienced movers did not know how to wrap items and load truck. Trucks had to return to pick up point twice to pick up items. Some household goods were not picked up and delivered and customer had to hire another party to finish job. Boxes were not labeled and were stuck in garage andnot taken

to appropriate rooms. Walls and floors were damaged when bringing items into house. China cabinet broken, and at least 50 percent of boxes contained broken items, collectibles, dishes, glasses, etc.

Another company had to be hired to bring items into house from garage. Customers were senior citizens and should not have had to experience any of these problems—No one should have this experience, a living nightmare!

DO NOT USE

I used Two Men and a Truck in Washington DC for just packing services, DON'T DO IT. I was 100% gaslit and they took advantage.

1. When my movers arrived (different company a few days later) before moving any boxes they began to show me that the one piece of tape holding the boxes together was completely open, that the bottom of the boxes HAD NO TAPE so when they lifted all my belongings fell out, and that the boxes were overpacked. When bringing up these issues to two men and a truck I was asked how they could know it wasn't the movers fault (i had video of the boxes on the day they were packed 3 days prior to the movers), that I seemed happy day of so why was I upset now and that the burden fell on my as the customer to in real time life the boxes/check the tape to ensure it was up to moving standards (I am not an expert it is why I hired a PROFESSIONAL packing company). They were only willing to refund me $75 the cost of the materials they brought that I used. They do not care that this level of packing is representative of their reputation.

2. The packers did not bring enough packing material so I had to pay for ubers both ways to go to a hardware store to get more packing materials with one of the movers after they had already taken more time than expected.

3. The packers stated their driving time was much longer than it was and only when pressed on the exorbitant charge did the management check the GPS to change the cost.

Overall, the management spoke to me multiple times . They claimed to make concessions (rectifying their own miscalculations) and fully put the blame on me for their poor quality. My movers asked me if I packed the boxes myself that is how bad this company is.
